FoSV Cross Motion to Partial Summary Judgment

On April 29 FoSV responded to the County Motion for Partial Summary Judgement. The County asked the GMHB to throw out our challenge to language in the Ordinance that makes code enforcement of the Ordinance at the County’s discretion and on their timeline.
