King County Motion to Move Appeal to Court of Appeals Feb 22, 2022

On February 22, 2022 King County asked the Superior Court to move their appeal of the GMHB decision on Jan 3, 2022 invalidating the Adult Beverage Ordinance 19030 directly to the Court of Appeals Division 1.
