Legal Arguments Against the Beverage Ordinance

Attached is the letter hand-delivered on June 12, 2019 by FoSV to the King County Council with detailed legal arguments against the Beverage Ordinance. Some changes were made to the Ordinance between June 12 and December 4 when it finally passed. Therefore some of the arguments within have been adjusted for relevancy to the final regulations.
