On March 4, 2020 Friends of Sammamish Valley - along with 10 other co-petitioners - submitted a Petition for Review to the Washington State Growth Management Hearings Board challenging King County Ordinance 19030 (aka the Adult Beverage Ordinance). Subsequently the Petitions were consolidated and FoSV and Futurewise challenged the Ordinance in a joint action.
